Softball Recap: Kimball Knights vs. White Longhorns

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Kimball's offense. They fell victim to a rough 16-0 loss at the hands of the White Longhorns on Tuesday. Kimball just can't catch a break and has now endured six defeats in a row.

For White's part, Whitney Foster was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). Foster has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances. Foster was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with two RBI and a double.
