Baseball Recap: Elite Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Elite's offense. They lost 22-0 to the Sacramento Dragons on Tuesday. The loss leaves the Eagles still looking for their first win of the season.

Elite's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Sacramento, they pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Elite will challenge Swett at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Swett is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season. As for Sacramento, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Esparto at 4:00 p.m. Sacramento knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Esparto likes a good challenge.
