Mariemont waltzed into their match on Monday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. Everything went their way against the Miami Valley Christian Academy Lions as they made off with a 53-30 win. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

Several Lions players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lucy Rosen, who posted 12 points in addition to six boards and three steals. Rosen is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least three every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Ellie Meade, who had five points and five rebounds.

Mariemont's victory was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-1. As for Miami Valley Christian Academy, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-3.

Mariemont wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 48-16 win against Finneytown on the 22nd. As for Miami Valley Christian Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 44-28 loss against Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy on the 22nd.
