Volleyball Recap: Springfield Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Springfield lost against Thurston back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Millers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Colts.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Thurston, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Springfield and Thurston could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Oregon Rankings. The Millers will face off against Crater at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (140 vs. 41). Meanwhile, Thurston (ranked 110th) will meet South Albany (ranked eighth) on Saturday.
