After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lincoln, Wilson was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Franklin Panthers by a score of 17-12. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Mules as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Wilson's win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 6-10. As for Franklin, they suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 6-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Wilson is set to take on their familiar foe Bravo at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Franklin will face off against rival Eagle Rock at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
