After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Brock, Glen Rose was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Stephenville Yellow Jackets/Honeybees 4-3. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Yellow Jackets/Honeybees on April 1st, they had to take a 6-5 defeat.

Marki Sandlin spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on six hits.
