In what's become a running theme this season, Invest Collegiate Imagine gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Varsity Opponent 64-16 at home. That looming 64-16 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Invest Collegiate Imagine yet this season.
Invest Collegiate Imagine found their leader in underclassman Lucy Skierczynski, who scored 28 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Skierczynski has scored at least a third of Invest Collegiate Imagine's points. Maya Harrison was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Meanwhile, Mount Pisgah Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap last Wednesday as they fell 44-40 to Carolina Day. Mount Pisgah Academy has not had much luck with Carolina Day recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Invest Collegiate Imagine pushed their record up to 7-1 with that win, which was their third straight at home. As for Mount Pisgah Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
