Harlan is 10-0 against Middlesboro since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Harlan Green Dragons will host the Middlesboro Yellowjackets at 7:30 p.m.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 81-41, which was the final score in Harlan's tilt against Bell County on Tuesday. The Green Dragons haven't had much luck with the Bobcats recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Meanwhile, Middlesboro was fully in charge last Wednesday, breezing past White Academy 67-13. That 54 point margin sets a new team best for the Yellowjackets this season.

Middlesboro's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Harlan, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-14-1.

Harlan skirted past Middlesboro 63-60 in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Does Harlan have another victory up their sleeve, or will Middlesboro turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
