Baseball Recap: Phoenix Country Day Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fountain Hills, Phoenix Country Day was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Heritage Academy Heroes by a score of 7-3.

Phoenix Country Day saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carson Rose, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Jake Tucker also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen bases of the season.

Phoenix Country Day's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Heritage Academy, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-9-1.

Phoenix Country Day has already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Horizon Honors on the 24th. As for Heritage Academy, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-0 victory against ALA - Anthem South on the 24th.
