It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Barron Collier had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Aubrey Rogers Patriots by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Cougars: when they faced off against the Patriots back in September, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Barron Collier found their leader in sophomore Bryanna Abadia, who had 15 digs and five aces.

Barron Collier was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. They are 8-4 when they serve at least ten aces.

Despite the defeat, Aubrey Rogers had strong showings from Adeline Sundall, who had ten digs, two aces, and one block, and Chiara Gagliano, who had seven digs and five aces.

The win made it two in a row for Barron Collier and bumps their season record up to 11-15. As for Aubrey Rogers, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season.
