Last Friday, Italy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 67-61 to Wortham.

Meanwhile, Iredell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 57-47 to Bluff Dale.

Italy has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-5 record this season. As for Iredell, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
