Baseball Recap: Carman-Ainsworth Cavaliers vs. Mt. Pleasant Oilers
Carman-Ainsworth extended their losing streak to eight on Thursday, dropping their season record down to 1-14 in the process. They fell 11-6 to the Mt. Pleasant Oilers. The Cavaliers were not able to make up for their loss to the Oilers from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.
Carman-Ainsworth saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joe Fletcher, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run. Another was James Thorpe, who went 2-for-4 with two runs.
