Football Game Preview: Anaconda Copperheads vs. Huntley Project Red Devils + How To Watch

Anaconda hasn't had much luck against Huntley Project recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Copperheads are taking a road trip to challenge the Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Anaconda is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 63 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Lincoln County on Friday. They lost 26-0 to the Lions. The game marked the first time this year in which the Copperheads were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, Huntley Project was beaten by Red Lodge/Belfry/Roberts 49-14 on Friday.

Although Huntley Project took the loss, they still got scores from Kooper Beard and Westen Lindeen.

Anaconda's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2. As for Huntley Project, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Anaconda was taken down by Huntley Project 42-14 in their previous meeting back in September of 2022. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Copperheads were down 35-0.
