Baseball Recap: Croton-Harmon Comes Up Short

Croton-Harmon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 5-4 to the Westlake Wildcats, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2025.

Croton-Harmon's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Westlake, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

While Croton-Harmon had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
