Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ouachita Christian). They walked away with a 13-8 win over the Ponchatoula Green Wave on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Ouachita Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Ponchatoula, they dropped their record down to 6-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Ouachita Christian will take on St. Frederick at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Frederick knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Ouachita Christian likes a good challenge. As for Ponchatoula, they will face off against French Settlement at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
