Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Broadway, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past Spotswood 7-0 on Wednesday. The high-scoring effort was just what Broadway needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Rockbridge County's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Broadway, they now have a winning record of 7-6-3.
