Soccer Recap: Summit Shasta Takes a Loss

Summit Shasta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 9-1 to the Design Tech Dragons. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Black Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-0 back in January.

Summit Shasta's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10-1. As for Design Tech, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.

Summit Shasta will be playing in front of their home fans against El Primero at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. El Primero's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Design Tech, they are taking a road trip to face off against The Nueva School at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
