Basketball Game Preview: Lake Region Rangers vs. Hazen Wildcats

Lake Region is 1-9 against Hazen since January of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Lake Region Rangers will host the Hazen Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Wednesday, Lake Region earned a 57-50 win over U-32.

Meanwhile, Hazen faced North Country Union in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. Hazen slipped by North Country Union 42-41.

Lake Region's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-10. As for Hazen, their win bumped their record up to 13-4.
