Football Recap: Red River Find Success

Red River was handed a 35-point loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Central Cass Squirrels, sneaking past 19-17.

The victory got Red River back to even at 3-3. As for Central Cass, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Red River is set to face off against their familiar foe Wahpeton at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Central Cass will challenge rival Fargo South at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
