Soccer Game Preview: Hamilton vs. Maxwell

The Hamilton Braves will square off against the Maxwell Panthers at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Hamilton's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Durham with a sharp 7-0 victory. Cesar Leal was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Maxwell hasn't lost a match since January 15th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. Everything went their way against Los Molinos as they made off with a 5-1 win. Maxwell haven't had any issues with Los Molinos recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Maxwell's win bumped their record up to 6-3-1. As for Hamilton, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3-1.

Hamilton got the 'W' when the teams last played back in January against Maxwell by a conclusive 7-0 score. Do the Braves have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
