             The Black Hills Wolves will be defending their home-court for the first time this season they go up against the Castle Rock Rockets  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both come into the  game bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Black Hills is coming home in high spirits after they had to open their season on the road against Elma. Black Hills claimed a resounding  55-27 victory over Elma. The  match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached  34-14.
 Black Hills found their leader in sophomore  Tyler Venable, who  went 10 for 19 en route to 24 points plus three  steals. The dominant performance also gave  Venable a new career-high in  offensive rebounds (four). Another player making a difference was  Ellie Johnson, who  had seven points plus 20  rebounds and four  steals.
 Meanwhile, Castle Rock gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener  on Tuesday. They walked away with  a   51-42  win over Winlock.
