Softball Recap: Gloucester County Tech Starts Season with Loss at Home

Gloucester County Tech unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 10-3 to the Haddon Heights Garnets on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Gloucester County Tech has suffered since May 7, 2024.

Cameryn Hilliard was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2.

The victory got Haddon Heights back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Gloucester County Tech will challenge Kingsway at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Haddon Heights, they will square off against Haddon Township at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
