Volleyball Recap: Herron Falls Despite Big Games from Eddie Ramirez and John Reese

Herron lost against Franklin Central back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Achaeans came up short against the Flashes, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-14, 25-16.

Herron's loss came despite strong showings from John Reese and Eddie Ramirez. Reese had 13 kills and one block, while Ramirez had 11 digs.

Herron's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Franklin Central, they pushed their record up to 4-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Herron didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Columbus East on the 8th. As for Franklin Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against New Palestine on the 8th.
