Basketball Recap: Omaha Comes Up Short

Omaha was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They came up short against the Kingston Yellowjackets, falling 70-50. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 76-30 back in December of 2024.

Omaha's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Kingston, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-10 record this season.

Omaha will face off against Lead Hill at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lead Hill will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Omaha surely won't give up without a fight. As for Kingston, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Deer at 4:30 p.m.
