Basketball Game Preview: Yelm Tornados vs. Graham-Kapowsin Eagles

The Yelm Tornados will face off against the Graham-Kapowsin Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Yelm is headed into Thursday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Tuesday. They were beaten by Spanaway Lake 64-5.

Meanwhile, Graham-Kapowsin had to suffer through a 49-12 loss at the hands of Olympia.

Yelm's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Graham-Kapowsin, their defeat was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-2.

Yelm came up short against Graham-Kapowsin in their previous meeting back in December of 2015, falling 52-46. Can Yelm avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
