In the biggest game of the weekend, St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) proved that it has been underrated all season in the Xcellent 25 Rankings presented by the Army National Guard.

The Raiders, ranked No. 13 entering the showdown, posted a convincing win over No. 11 Camden County (Kingsland, Ga.), 42-28.

Aquinas quarterback Jacob Rudock shredded the Wildcat defense for 333 yards. The Florida program allowed just 28 points despite giving up 376 rushing yards to Camden County’s Wing-T offense. It was the first time Camden County failed to score at least 45 points in a game this season.

As a result, the Raiders soared to No. 4 in the Xcellent 25. The Wildcats fell to No. 23.

Also making a big jump is Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, N.J.). The Ironmen continue to improve and won easily over previously-unbeaten rival Bergen Catholic, 38-18. They make the jump to No. 9.

Falling in the rankings is Servite (Anaheim, Calif.), which struggled against a winless Chaparral squad. The Friars check in this week at No. 18.
