Softball Recap: Crawford County Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Crawford County's offense. They came up short against the Perry Central Commodores on Wednesday, falling 7-0. The Wolfpack haven't had much luck with the Commodores recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Crawford County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Perry Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-9 record this season.

Crawford County and Perry Central are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. The Wolfpack will face off against Paoli at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Perry Central, they will challenge Northeast Dubois at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
