Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Columbus). Everything went their way against the Red Springs Red Devils on Wednesday as South Columbus made off with a 7-3 victory. South Columbus haven't had any issues with Red Springs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

South Columbus hit Red Springs with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Riley Grice (4), Janaya Frinks (2), and Morgan Boyd.

The victory got South Columbus back to even at 4-4-1. As for Red Springs, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-3.

Looking ahead, South Columbus will head out to challenge East Columbus at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. South Columbus is facing East Columbus at the right time seeing as East Columbus is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Red Springs, they will face off against St. Pauls at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
