Yancarlos Cordova turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than eight strikeouts on Friday. He produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off two hits. He is becoming a predictor of True North Classical Academy's success: when he allows at most two earned runs the team is undefeated (and 3-4 when he doesn't).
