Basketball Game Preview: Pinecrest Academy Paladins vs. Holy Spirit Prep Cougars

The Pinecrest Academy Paladins will head out on the road to challenge the Holy Spirit Prep Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pinecrest Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Holy Spirit Prep likes a good challenge.

Pinecrest Academy is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering The King's Academy just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They received a blow as they fell 71-56 to the Knights.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 58 points the game before, Holy Spirit Prep was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They took a blow against Heritage, falling 90-29. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Pinecrest Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Holy Spirit Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
