Soccer Recap: Jefferson's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Jefferson lost against Arrupe Jesuit back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Jefferson fell just short of Arrupe Jesuit by a score of 2-1. The loss put an end to Jefferson's undefeated start to the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Meadow Mondragon, who's now up to two this season.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 3-1. As for Arrupe Jesuit, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jefferson is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Sheridan at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Jefferson is facing Sheridan at the right time seeing as Sheridan is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Arrupe Jesuit, they will face off against Elizabeth at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
