Football Game Preview: Durango Trailblazers vs. Western Warriors + How To Watch

The Durango Trailblazers will face off against the Western Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Durango is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came up short against Clark on Friday, falling 57-35. That's two games in a row now that the Trailblazers have lost by exactly 22 points.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Makai Miller, who rushed for 148 yards on only 15 carries, and also picked up 83 receiving yards. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 85 yards. Another passer making a difference was Maddex Peterson, who threw for 208 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Western was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against Sports Leadership & Management, falling 41-0.
