Basketball Recap: North Pontotoc's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak at Home

North Pontotoc won the last time they faced Ripley and things went their way on Thursday too. The North Pontotoc Vikings walked away with a 56-45 victory over the Ripley Tigers.

North Pontotoc's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-12. As for Ripley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season.

North Pontotoc won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Byhalia at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ripley, they will take on Shannon at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
