Basketball Recap: Annapolis Takes a Loss

Annapolis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They were beaten by the Robichaud Bulldogs 56-23. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 27-19 back in December of 2024.

Annapolis' loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Robichaud, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Annapolis Cougars duke it out with the Redford Union Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Annapolis is facing Redford Union at the right time seeing as Redford Union is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Robichaud, they will venture away from home to challenge Garden City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
