Pendleton County won against Petersburg back in January with 72 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Monday. The Wildcat really took it to the Harman Panthers for the full four quarters, racking up a 72-22 victory. That 50-point margin sets a new team best for the Wildcat this season.

Chase Owens continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 75% from the field en route to 24 points and four steals. That's the most steals he has posted since back in February of 2025. Another player making a difference was Travis Owens, who earned six points along with six steals and five boards.

Pendleton County pushed their record up to 9-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.8 points over those games. As for Harman, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Pendleton County won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Tucker County at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Harman, they will also get right back to it: they'll challenge Paw Paw at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers will be up against the Pirates' rather soft defense (which has allowed 61.91 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
