Softball Recap: Pendleton County Takes a Loss

Pendleton County's last matchup with Harrison County could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Thursday. The Wildcats came up short against the Thorobreds/Fillies, falling 10-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Wildcats in their meetings with the Thorobreds/Fillies: they've now lost nine in a row.

Pendleton County's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Harrison County, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pendleton County will face off against Nicholas County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Harrison County, they will challenge Central Hardin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
