Soccer Recap: Raymore-Peculiar Comes Up Short

Raymore-Peculiar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Blue Springs Wildcats. Raymore-Peculiar were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Blue Springs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Raymore-Peculiar's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Blue Springs, the victory snapped their losing streak at nine games and leaves them with a 3-10 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Raymore-Peculiar will welcome Liberty North at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Liberty North will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Raymore-Peculiar surely won't give up without a fight. As for Blue Springs, they will challenge Oak Park at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
