Basketball Recap: Vidalia Beats Savannah Country Day for Their 12th Straight Victory

Vidalia came tearing into Friday's match with 11 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22.4 points), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 56-46 win over the Savannah Country Day Hornets. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 67-37 win two weeks ago.

Vidalia got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Tori Polke out in front who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Takaiyah Bacon was another key player, putting up eight points along with eight boards and four steals.
