Baseball Recap: Andrews Comes Up Short

Andrews started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Hiwassee Dam. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 4-3 on Thursday. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Drew Dartez was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Andrews' loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Hiwassee Dam, they moved to 4-13-1 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Andrews nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
