Covenant Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ryan Stevens, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 14 boards. The match was Stevens' fifth in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Ben McGhee, who posted 16 points and seven steals.

Covenant Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Covenant Academy's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Twiggs Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17.
