Volleyball Recap: Southern Comes Up Short

Southern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Brown Bears. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bears this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

Southern's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Brown, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-5.

Southern has already played their next matchup (against Moore), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Brown, they are taking a road trip to face off against Western at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
