Baseball Recap: Scott City's Undefeated Season over After 21 Games

Scott City was the 9-4 winner over Kennett when they last played one another back in April of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. The Rams fell just short of the Indians by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The game marked the Rams' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Scott City fell to 20-1. As for Kennett, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-9.

Coming up, Scott City will welcome Malden at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kennett, they will be taking part in a tournament against Poplar Bluff at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
