Basketball Recap: Forest Park Comes Up Short at Home Against Riverdale

Forest Park unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a blow against the Riverdale Raiders on Tuesday, falling 57-27. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 23 in a row.

Riverdale's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Coming up, Forest Park will be playing at home against South Atlanta at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Riverdale, they are taking a road trip to challenge East Coweta at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
