Soccer Recap: Wapello Comes Up Short

Wapello was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Monmouth-Roseville Titans, falling 4-0. If Wapello were looking for revenge after losing 6-0 to Monmouth-Roseville when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Wapello's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Monmouth-Roseville, they now have a winning record of 7-6-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wapello will face off against North Linn at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Monmouth-Roseville, they will square off against Canton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
