Basketball Recap: Lee County Comes Up Short

Lee County won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Saturday. They took a blow against the Heritage Academy Eagles, falling 78-49.

Lee County's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Heritage Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Lee County Bobcats face off against the Cordia Lions at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Heritage Academy and Calvary Christian will round out the year against one another at at 3:30 p.m. on December 28th. Heritage Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matches -- so hopefully Calvary Christian likes a good challenge.
