Basketball Game Preview: St. Henry Crusaders vs. Dixie Heights Colonels

The St. Henry Crusaders are taking a road trip to challenge the Dixie Heights Colonels at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

St. Henry lost 81-55 to Holy Cross on Thursday. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Dixie Heights, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Boone County 75-36. The Colonels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 20 points or more this season.

St. Henry's loss dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Dixie Heights, their win bumped their record up to 20-8.

St. Henry came up short against Dixie Heights in their previous matchup back in January, falling 67-59. Can St. Henry avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
