Basketball Recap: Osborne Takes a Loss

Osborne was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 57-14 loss at the hands of the Lincoln Leopards. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 321st, while the Leopards are ranked 84th).

Osborne's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Lincoln, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Osborne will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Rock Hills at 7:00 p.m. on January 27th. Lincoln has already played their next matchup (against Tescott), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
