Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Addenbrooke Classical Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They put the hurt on Golden View Classical Academy with a sharp 3-0 victory on Wednesday.

While Addenbrooke Classical Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20, 25-22.

Addenbrooke Classical Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season. As for Fountain Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7.

Fountain Valley took their win against Addenbrooke Classical Academy in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score.
