Basketball Recap: Lyndon Institute Comes Up Short

Lyndon Institute lost against Spaulding back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lyndon Institute Vikings had to suffer through a 56-12 loss at the hands of the Spaulding Crimson Tide. The contest marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Lyndon Institute has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 games, which lines up perfectly with their 5-15 record this season. As for Spaulding, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-5.

Coincidentally, Lyndon Institute and Spaulding will both be playing Randolph the next time they take the court. Lyndon Institute will host Randolph at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Spaulding will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
