Milpitas strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They strolled past the Santa Rosa Panthers with points to spare, taking the game 61-45.

Santa Rosa's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gabe Airoldi, who went 7-for-17 en route to 19 points and three blocks. The contest was Airoldi's fifth in a row with at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Josh Fisher, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 12 rebounds.

Milpitas' win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Santa Rosa, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Milpitas wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 79-35 victory against Gunn on the 9th. As for Santa Rosa, they have also already played their next matchup, a 58-52 win against Vintage on the 9th.
